The apartment was spacious and beautifully

Decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen utensils could use an update as some were missing or worn out.

its location just a pleasant stroll away from puerto morelos reef was magnificent and favourable. the staff was best, helpful. my room included a safe, cable programming and a microwave oven.

Good position was an added bonus.

Staying at Abbey Del Sol felt like home, especially with the well-equipped kitchen and friendly staff who cared about our experience. The free bikes made exploring Puerto Morelos easy and enjoyable.

I loved this modern and amazing place, stayed there for 4 nights. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Puerto Morelos.

Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, the beach, and the shops. The staff was very responsive and really helpful and everything was perfect.

Charming location close to the beach with super comfortable beds and lovely amenities. This oasis feels like home with friendly staff and great local tips. Ideal for a laid-back vacation.

Had a minor disturbance from a beeping smoke detector, but it was resolved quickly. Not a significant detriment in an otherwise lovely stay.

The bathroom faucet sprays water everywhere and makes using the sink a hassle!!! The sliding glass door locks awkwardly, which can be frustrating!!! Some staff interactions felt unnecessarily curt, like asking for a simple pain reliever.

Staying here was a delight, highlighted by the gorgeous outdoor decks and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The owners were gracious and fun. The firm bed was particularly comfortable, a rarity in hotels. The room was somewhat underwhelming compared to my previous visit, feeling just average.

The personnel were incredibly friendly and even helped me figure out my itinerary. I loved the free bicycles to get around! Chilling by the perfect-sized pool and soaking up the sun on the outdoor deck really made my stay special. Just a heads up, it’s a bit of a trek to the town center, but it’s totally worth it for the relaxation you get here! 😊

Abbey Del Sol Aparthotel offered a lovely, cosy apartment equipped with all necessary amenities, including a water dispenser and beach towels. Located within walking distance to the beach, it provided a great setting for an early morning swim. The area was quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
